Lab work-30/10

Today in the lab we used red and blue Litmus paper and tested three different liquids. We then concluded if these liquids were acids, bases or neutrals. I worked with Santiago Ortiz Pando, Catalina Pernarci, Juana Tesan and Mariano Gonzales Blanco.

¿How can we identify acids, neutrals and bases with blue and red Litmus paper?

If the red paper stays red and the blue one turns red, then the liquid is acid. If the red paper turns blue and the blue one stays blue, then the liquid is a base. And finally, if the red paper stays red and the blue one stays blue, then it’s neutral.
